M1 Emco-Test/ Duramin-A300 Low Load Hardness Tester with PLC

Modernization of the automatic hardness testing machine M1 / Manufacturer: Emco-Test or Duramin-A300 / Manufacturer: Struers with new machine electronics (PLC) and Pro-Command hardness testing software.

As part of this modernization, the entire control and regulation electronics of the testing machine are replaced by a state-of-the-art programmable logic controller (PLC). For example, defective parts are replaced with robust and improved components that come with long-term availability guarantees.

The new stepper motor control and the newly installed auto stage motors ensure a faster and quieter testing process.

The automatic hardness testing machine is operated using Pro-Command, the hardness testing software developed by Pro-K Prüftechnik. Its numerous features, the clearly structured and flexible testing workflow, and the professional options for data management and server installation elevate the machine to today’s standards—and beyond.
