As part of this modernization, the entire control and regulation electronics of the testing machine are replaced by a state-of-the-art programmable logic controller (PLC). For example, defective parts are replaced with robust and improved components that come with long-term availability guarantees.
The new stepper motor control and the newly installed auto stage motors ensure a faster and quieter testing process.
The automatic hardness testing machine is operated using Pro-Command, the hardness testing software developed by Pro-K Prüftechnik.
