The measurement was performed with a 6.4 MP mono USB camera, analog zoom technology and 20x basic lens. The diagonal length is approx. 15 \u00b5m.<\/p>\n<p>In order to better demonstrate the evaluation, we manually move the measurement marks in order to have them automatically positioned again. Die Pr\u00fcfungen wurden nach dem Vickers-Verfahren mit einer Pr\u00fcflast von 0,1 kgf an dem neuen Vickers-Automat Pro-Genius durchgef\u00fchrt.<\/p><p>Die Auswertung erfolgte mit einer 6,4 MP Mono USB-Kamera, analoger Zoom-Technologie und 20x Basis-Objektiv. Die L\u00e4nge der Diagonale ist ungef\u00e4hr 15\u00b5m.
